On Wednesday, January 21, 2026 starting at 4:00am ET, KCF engineers will deploy the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics. During the deployment, users may experience brief periods of reduced performance or intermittent errors. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue buffering sensor data and automatically retransmit it once connectivity is restored.

This release focuses on helping users better understand their data, stay informed across locations, and work more efficiently. You’ll see improvements to reporting, filtering, notifications, and issue visibility, along with visual updates as part of our ongoing rebranding.
