On Wednesday, February 18th starting at 3:00 AM ET, KCF engineers will deploy the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics.
Due to several backend updates included in this release, SMARTdiagnostics may be temporarily unavailable for up to one hour during the deployment window. We are scheduling this work during a low-usage period and will work to minimize any disruption. If you attempt to access the system during this time, you may see a temporary maintenance message.
Please note: No data will be lost Base stations will continue buffering sensor data during the maintenance window Once connectivity is restored, buffered data will automatically retransmit to SMARTdiagnostics
This release includes enhancements to search functionality, sensor management automation, reporting clarity, and data visibility, all designed to help you work more efficiently and gain clearer insights from your monitoring system.
