KCF SMARTdiagnostics Scheduled Update

On Thursday, October 22nd beginning at 4:00 AM Eastern Time, KCF engineers will deploy the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics.

This release focuses primarily on behind the scenes improvements and foundational updates that will support new capabilities and enhancements in upcoming releases. While users may not notice immediate changes, this work is an important part of our continued investment in the SMARTdiagnostics platform.

During deployment, users may briefly experience errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and retransmit it once connectivity is restored.
