On Wednesday, March 19th beginning at 3:30am Eastern, KCF engineers will be deploying the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics, which includes feature enhancements, fixes, and other improvements.
Notable features in this release include many enhancements to Desk based on user feedback, including the ability to "follow" an issue, tracking of Resolution Date separate from Issue Closure Date, easily seeing which users received notifications around an Issue, and many more. We've also added High Temperature and Excessive Temperature faults for our Hardware Issue Management module. During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when online.
