On Thursday, February 13th beginning at 4:00am Eastern, KCF engineers will be deploying the latest release of SMARTdiagnostics, which includes feature enhancements, fixes, and other improvements.
Notable features in this release include efficiency gains in the setup of 3rd party sensors and access to Hardware Issues via our Public API. Additional details are available in our Release Notes when you log into SMARTdiagnostics.
During the deployment process, users may briefly see errors or reduced performance. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, base stations will continue to buffer sensor data and re-transmit it when online. We appreciate your patience, and look forward to bringing you the latest and greatest enterprise IIoT platform!
